Lyndon Motor Lodge Policies

CHECK-IN: Anytime after 2pm. Check-out is 10 am. Sometimes check-in or out times are flexible. Please check with the office.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking facility which complies with the Vermont State Law. Smoking in rooms requires additional cleaning and laundering. Violation of our policy will result in a $100 surcharge. This charge is non-negotiable. We have provided outside chairs, tables, and ashtrays for the convenience of smokers.

PETS: Your dog is welcome in our “pet designated” rooms only. Please let us know in advance you are bringing the dog. We only require that you do not leave your dog alone in your room and dispose of the dog’s droppings to preserve our lawn. We have a pet station on premises with bags and waste disposal. All dogs must be leashed at all times outside on our property. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

CANCELLATION: We require a 3-day notice for any reservation excluding holidays or major event weekends. Holiday/Event periods require a 7-day notice. If late or no notice, you will be charged for full amount of reservation unless we re-rent the room.

Holiday Periods:
Christmas through New Years week.
Martin Luther King weekend.
President’s weekend and vacation week.
Memorial Day weekend.
4th of July weekend.
Labor Day weekend.
Columbus Day weekend.
Thanksgiving Weekend.

Telephone: Unfortunately, there are no telephones in the rooms, however, guests may use the phone in the office for free local and/or free long distance (USA) calling during office hours.
